Commitment, consistency and patience are the keys to cultivating healthy lifestyle. That’s what I’ve learned for the past two months! The beginning of the journey is the hardest! Once you practice it regularly, your behaviors will become habits that you do as automatically as you brush and floss your teeth. Not going to the gym is like not brushing/flossing my teeth so I can’t stand not going now! Just remember, your body should be your number one investment! Don’t take your health for granted!
